Netflix keeps signing me out

I canceled our Netflix subscription because of this one exact problem. I first upgraded our subscription to make sure it was not a device limit issue. When the issue persisted I canceled. And noted that was why. Was kind of hoping someone would post a comment here explaining how to fix it so I could try Netflix again..
